There’s something about a full moon that brings everything to the surface. What we’ve been holding, pushing through, or trying not to feel is suddenly closer and more intense.

The light outside is changing and next weekend we fall back. If you’ve been feeling tender, unsettled or flat as the light shifts you are not alone.

We look forward to practicing with you at the studio this week. Let’s shift our energy together. ♥️

Check out our schedule on our website. Link in bio. 🌕 🪷

Let’s dance, celebrate and be social! Join us for this opportunity to come together as a community outside of class. We’ll enjoy a potluck meal, so bring a dish to share along with your own bowl/plate and utensils (we will have some available, but prefer not to make trash).
Can’t wait to see y’all tonight!🪷✨♥️

20 YEARS of Yogadurango 🧡

Since 2006, YogaDurango has been our sweet town’s community yoga center. Woman owned, community held, and still in operation despite the odds.

The data says only 18% of businesses make it to 20 years. For yoga studios, most don’t make it to 5.

We’re still here because of you.

Thank you for every breath, every class, every year. We cannot wait to celebrate together this weekend!

So much happening including FREE classes all day Saturday! 🪷
