We strive to create this holistic approach to health care. A healing environment begins and ends with a positive patient experience,
and each member of our team is critical to meet this goal. If you are someone who enjoys helping others while taking great pride in being productive, efficient and accurate, this role is a fit for you!
· Full time schedule – (40+ hours per week)
· Hourly rate ranges from $9-$12+/ hour based upon experience
The responsibilities of this position will include:
· answering the phone
· scheduling appointments
· greeting patients
· making phone calls
· collecting money
· explaining insurance benefits
· filing
· e-mail correspondence
· data entry
· coordination of care among other medical facilities &/or insurance companies
· All employees are cross trained therefore there is also an opportunity where you might perform therapies and rehab with patients
Minimal Requirements include:
· Customer Service - ability to smile & converse easily
· Detailed and meticulous in a fast-moving work environment
· Proven computer skills – data entry experience a plus
· A solid understanding of health insurance & accounting basics
· Proven phone skills
· Self-motivated
· High energy
· Great communicator
· Cheerful personality
· Compassionate
· Ability to work on a team
