October, we’ve got some things going on!

If you’ve been wanting to catch a class with me, here’s your chance because EVERY class on this month’s calendar is FREE to attend! 🥰

I’m excited about the new partnerships and opportunities to bring yoga and wellness into different spaces this month! Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new ones along the way!

October also marks my last FULL month teaching at Downtown Cary Park, with our final class happening November 3rd. 🥹 It’s bittersweet knowing this chapter is coming to an end, but I’m looking forward to making these last few classes count! 💕

All classes are FREE, but registration is required! You can find the registration links in my bio.

Save the calendar, share it with your people, and come flow with me this October! 🧘🏽‍♀️

There’s something about being in a room with people who just get it!! 🥹

You may have different diagnoses, different symptoms, and different experiences with chronic
illness, but there are some things you just don’t have to explain.

That’s one of the things I love most about We Are ILL Wellness Week(end). It’s not just about wellness. It’s about community, connection, and being surrounded by people who understand parts of your experience without needing the whole backstory.

And clearly, we have a GOOD time too! 😂💃🏽

We’re going Beyond Limits October 30th–November 1st in Atlanta, and I’ll be back again this year! 🧡

College asks a lot of students!! Between academics, deadlines, relationships, transitions, and simply figuring out life, there is always something that needs their attention.

Having access to spaces where they can slow down and care for themselves should be part of how we think about student wellness too.

That’s why I value bringing sound baths to college campuses. It’s one thing to tell students to manage their stress, prioritize their well-being, or use coping skills. It’s another to actually create opportunities for them to experience what slowing down, being present, and giving their bodies a moment to rest can feel like.

I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate sound baths at Duke University and Duke Student Wellness Center during different points in the student experience. From freshman orientation to ThriveLab programming and the last of classes . Tonight, I’ll be back on campus doing it again!

I’m grateful for the continued opportunity to bring this work to students and to partner with universities that recognize the value of making rest and wellness accessible throughout the college experience.
