As we celebrate Independence Day, we are proud to recognize two remarkable Northwest Cancer Centers patients, Scott Whelan and Eugene LaFleur.
Both men are decorated veterans who answered the call to serve our country with courage and honor. Today, they continue to demonstrate that same strength and resilience as they face cancer with determination and grace.
Earlier this spring, Scott and Eugene were recognized by Honor Flight Chicago during a special trip to Washington, D.C., honoring their military service and sacrifices.
This Independence Day, we celebrate not only their service to our nation, but also their inspiring journeys as cancer survivors, warriors, and heroes.
Please join us in congratulating Scott and Eugene and thanking them for their service, sacrifice, and unwavering spirit. 🇺🇸❤️
