The Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council (MDDC) is completing its 2027 - 2031 State Plan. After hearing from hundreds of people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, family members and other community members, the MDDC developed 4 priority goals. Each goal has 3-4 objectives to achieve over the next five years.

Super exciting!! Totally Adaptive is partnering with Special Olympics of MA to bring you an amazing 12 week workout program! Sign up on the attached link soon, as space is limited!!

Train 4 Life is designed to support athletes aged 16 and older in achieving their full potential, both on and off the field. The 12-week program will encompass pre-and-post-biometric and fitness testing outcomes, once-a-week group workouts, and weekly nutrition and healthy lifestyle education. This....

We at Totally Adaptive are SUPER EXCITED and proud to announce that we have selected 5 awesome new participants to receive our one-year scholarships for our Totally Adaptive Classes! These scholarships are made possible from a generous grant from the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism!
