Yesterday, I said ānoā to work, meetings, and everything else on my list and spent the entire day with my daughter and her friends. Lately, Iāve noticed my daughter scrolling through old photos on her phone more and more ā pictures of when she was little, our trips, our laughs, and all the time we spent together. And I have to admit, I love looking back at those memories too. I have two grown sons who have already left home, and sometimes I would give anything to have them little again, even for just one day. I would work less, rush less, and make our time together even more special. But we canāt turn back time. Maybe thatās why I look at time with my daughter so differently now. I donāt mind canceling a meeting or leaving something unfinished anymore. What I would regret is waking up one day and realizing her childhood passed while I was too busy. I hope years from now, weāll look through these photos together, smile, and say, āRemember that day?ā ā¤ļø And you?
