Hello friend I’d like to just take a second and give a small history of WaxPax Records📼The Dead Media Room This dream started back in NEPA it’s something I had wanted my whole life and with the help of my amazing wife Amanda my dream was made real “but not without struggle”! WaxPax Records📼The Dead Media Room started in a very small location but was lucky enough to host some amazing events and live performances like Rex Manning Day, Record Store Day US and shows by Whitney from Daysndazeofficial the mighty H.R. from Bad Brains and the amazing Matt Pless this space was unfortunately destroyed by a burst pipe but we picked up the pieces “literally” rebuilt and grew quickly! The new location brought us countless bands and live performances from so many amazing musicians including One Revived Into Sunday Anne Marie P. Suburban Downgrade LNJ Sessions and dozens more! Due to some unforeseen circumstances the shop then moved here to beautiful Penn Yan Downtown Business Council Downtown Penn Yan and it’s been amazing ever since! I wanted to let each and every one of you who has ever stepped foot in any of our locations that WaxPax Records📼The Dead Media Room is what it is because of you! We would not survive without your love, support, and generosity! You continue to show up and continue to support local and I’m not really sure you understand just how much that means!
