Saturday, June 13th, Rainbow Omega will hold its annual Blueberry Picking Day. Admission is free, and food trucks will be available 8a-2p.

Last Friday’s Luau was full of island-inspired fun, delicious food, and plenty of smiles. Everyone got into the spirit sporting colorful leis while enjoying exciting activities and fellowship with friends.

Things are really growing in the pink progogation house thanks to funding provided through grants from Coosa Valley RC&D, the Truist Foundation and the Independent Presbyterian Church Foundation.

We are also incredibly grateful to the volunteers and employees who contributed their expertise, hard work and countless hours of “sweat equity” — from laying the foundation and installing the pink covers to seeing every phase through to completion.

This project is a wonderful example of what can be accomplished when organizations, volunteers and staff come together with a shared vision. Thank you to everyone who helped make it possible! 🌱

This session of exercise with Special Strong focused on balance! The obstacle course complete with a balance beam made practicing our dismounts like Olympic gymnasts irresistible! 🥇Intentional activities challenge skills, build confidence and provide fun each step of the way!

Young Elementary, Salter Elementary and Warrior Elementary, Salter Elementary and RL Young Elementary for collecting old crayons at the end of the school year! Your generosity helps give broken and used crayons a brand-new purpose through Rainbow Omega Crayon Creations. 🌈🖍️

Instead of ending up in the trash, these crayons will be melted down, reshaped into colorful creations while providing meaningful vocational opportunities for the adults we serve at Rainbow Omega.

We are still collecting crayons and are so grateful for your support, partnership as well as your commitment to creativity, sustainability and inclusion. Together, we are making a difference one crayon at a time! 💙💛❤️
