A few months ago one of my patients asked me if I would sponsor her grandson’s baseball team. What’s the name of the team I asked her ….. “Booyah Bereans” she told me. I asked her to repeat the name because I thought I misheard… nope…. Booyah Bereans it was!!!! lol
Fast forward a few months later a patient comes in and tells me thanks for sponsoring her son’s baseball team.
I was able to chat with Gavin and he went on and on about how much he loved playing on the team. This made me feel so good being able to see my dollars helping the kids have a fun learning how to play the game of baseball!!!!
One thing that kills me during our Christmas toy drive is after collecting thousands of dollars on toys… I would give anything to be able to see the kiddos open their gifts, but I will never be able to see that so it was good to directly meet the fella and hear him talk about how much he loves playing on the team!!!!!

Please join me in wishing Doris a very happy 93th birthday!!!!!!! 🎂🥳🎂🥳
Doris moves like she is 40 years old and told me that she feels AMAZING!
I have been adjusting Doris for almost 20 years! I wish that more people knew that when you take care of your spine…. you move better and feel better!!!! Doris says that after her adjustment she always feels like a “new woman”!
Happy Birthday Doris!!!! Here is to many more happy and healthy years for you❤️❤️❤️

Let’s talk about an amazing woman!!!!! This is Ann and did I mention that she’s awesome!
She was the very first female filler operator ever at Miller Brewing!!!
Her whole family have been patients of mine for a while and after being frustrated with back pain and neck pain for a long time she decided to give me a try!!!!
Her main priority is to avoid back surgery.
After her very first adjustment she called the office and told us that the stabbing pain that she had been having for years was GONE!!!!!
A huge congratulations to Ann for getting on the path of a pain free and healthy self!!!!!

Even if my wife HATES Mother’s Day…. Rockingham Chiropractic Center still wants to wish all of you wonderful ladies a very happy Mother’s Day!!!! Mother or not…. All of you ladies please celebrate yourself today!!!! ❤️
My wife has an intense aversion for Mother’s Day and Valentines. She simply hates Hallmark holidays because she feels like it alienates so many people and causes heartache …… widows, single people, recently divorced, women who were not able to bare a child, people who have recently lost their mothers, etc.
Although she hates this holiday…. I will tell her how amazing of a woman, wife, and mother she is even if she cringes 🤣
Yesterday, she spent her entire day at my son’s baseball tourney and loved every moment of it UNTIL…… they called for all of the mothers to come onto the field 🤣🤣🤣

After being a chiropractor for nearly 20 years I have learned one thing when it comes to aging well.
MOBILITY IS KEY!!!!
Yesterday when Bernard came in he told me that he was struggling a bit because he hurt his leg. I asked him how he hurt his leg and he told me that when he was playing softball a line drive was hit to him and hit him in the leg. Bernard is 91 years old and playing softball!!!!!!!! What an accomplishment!!!!
In the other picture there are two women that I absolutely look up to… Miriam on the left and Robin on the right. Miriam is 88 years old and INCREDIBLY healthy and active. Every time she comes in for her adjustments she has just gotten done with her aerobic classes at the YMCA. Robin is also in her class. Robin just like myself is so impressed with Miriam’s health that it gives her motivation to move and exercise just like Miriam!!!!!
Guess what medical doctors and orthopedic doctors say is the number one source of your body’s ability to MOVE as you age??????? Spinal health!!!!!
