Imperial Valley pediatrician, Dr. Lwbba Chait, coaches parents and kids to team up. Together, you can track triggers such as dust, pollen, pet dander, and air pollution. And if your child's struggling with symptom control, give the doctor a call. They are such a helpful member of the team.

Tomorrow, May 21, you might notice our hospital team and emergency personnel, along with emergency vehicles, outside the ECRMC Emergency Department. We're joining forces with Pioneers Memorial Hospital and multiple local agencies for a preparedness drill in Imperial County.

This full-scale exercise will simulate a mass chemical exposure incident, allowing our teams to practice a coordinated public safety response with actor-patients. Even with this exercise underway, our top priority will be providing exceptional care to our real patients.

We're grateful to the Imperial County Public Health Department for the opportunity to prepare, ensuring we're ready to care for the community, whatever comes our way.
