Taking care of your mental health is an important part of overall well-being. It’s okay to ask for help, talk to someone you trust, and take time to care for yourself. Together, we can create a community where seeking support is encouraged, stigma is reduced, and no one has to face difficult moments alone. If someone you know is thinking about su***de, take the step, be the one to help them CONNECT to resources. Help them build a support system, including 988Lifeline, family, friends, faith leaders, coaches, co-workers or therapists. ***depreventionday
