Participants will have to complete 5k #1 to move onto 5K #2 and so on!

Our glasses are available to anyone. However our voucher for $150 is only available for clients with diabetes. Elder care assists every 2 years for $200. For those without diabetes or not an elder it would be out of pocket pay. Call Diabetes Wellness with any questions 405-422-7723

June is Men's Health Month 💙

Our men carry a lot, from family responsibilities, community leadership, cultural knowledge, and the strength to keep moving forward. This month, we want to remind every man that taking care of your health is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength.

Whether it's scheduling a check-up, talking with someone about your mental health, staying active, eating healthier, or simply taking time to care for yourself, every step matters.

Healthy men help build healthy families, stronger communities, and a brighter future for our children.

The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes Department of Health encourages all men to make their health a priority this month and every month.
