Congratulations to Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes Executive Director's Sabrina Norris and Carrie Whitlow have been accepted into the 2026 Tribal Leadership Academy (TLA) at Dartmouth College from July 27-31! The TLA offers a one-week educational program for elected or appointed tribal leaders that features a curriculum tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of Indian Country. Thank you to Lt. Governor Hershel Gorham for recommending Sabrina and Carrie to attend TLA.
