We are thrilled to share that Aperion Care Fox River has received the 2026 Bronze Commitment to Quality Award from the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living! 🥉

Established by AHCA/NCAL in 1996, the National Quality Award Program is a rigorous three-level process reviewed and judged by trained experts using criteria based on the nationally recognized Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework. The Bronze Award demonstrates a strong commitment to quality care and continuous improvement to enhance the lives of residents and staff members.

Out of 893 long-term care providers across the United States and the District of Columbia, we are proudly one of 36 facilities in Illinois to receive this distinction, and now eligible to apply for the Silver Award next year!

Cris is incredibly dedicated to her building and takes pride in everything they do. From striving to be the best in healthcare academy compliance to ensuring employees feel engaged and satisfied, Cris consistently puts in the effort to support her team. When employees have concerns, she works hard to find solutions and always keeps their needs in mind while balancing the many responsibilities of her role.

Cris works closely with our Administrator and Director of Nursing to ensure everything runs smoothly, and the building continues to thrive. Thank you Cris for being a great team player and hard worker whose commitment to Aperion Care Fox River make a meaningful difference every day! 🧡💙
