Who loves a Mimosa tree? Some call them weeds of the South. We love ours, best climbing trees ever🌳They smell SO wonderful this time of year & we're taking advantage of that. Next time you see us at Mountain Home Farmers Market, we'll have Mimosa Blossom tea available 🫖 Last time we carried it, we sold out the same day so if you see it, don't wait!

Barring the rain forecast getting worse, we plan to be at Mountain Home Farmers Market tomorrow, June 6th, in spot #52 on the corner of 5th and Shiras Street from 7am-12pm! We're often asked how to find Elderberry bushes 🔍Right NOW is the perfect time of year to spot them! Here are some pictures of one of our elderberries that's currently in bloom. Watch for these big, white flower heads & you'll end up seeing them all over as they grow wild everywhere in our area! We make notes of patches we spot then go check on them from time to time until harvest. Be sure to check with property owners before hopping any fences though 😉
