🦸♂️🇺🇸🇺🇸 Everyone who knows Chad, our General Manager, knows about his love for Superman.
This weekend, he made the trip to Metropolis, Illinois for the annual Superman Celebration, joining fans from all over the country to celebrate one of the most iconic heroes of all time.
But for him, it's never just been about comic books.
Superman represents many of the same values that we strive to live out every day at Club One East: strength, integrity, humility, service, and using your abilities to help others. Those values are a big reason why Superman has remained a symbol of hope for generations.
As a retired Army veteran and leader of our Club One East family, Chad has spent his life serving others and leading by example. Whether he's helping a new member begin their fitness journey, encouraging someone through a tough workout, or supporting our military community here in Elizabethtown and Fort Knox, he brings those same values to work every day.
Over the past several months, he has poured countless hours into Club One East, helping grow our community, supporting our members, leading our staff, and making our gym a place where people feel welcomed, challenged, and supported. Anyone who knows him knows that he's usually the first one here, the last one to leave, and always willing to do whatever it takes to help others succeed.
That's why we're especially glad he took some time away for a well-deserved vacation doing something he truly enjoys.
Being located just minutes from Fort Knox, we're proud to serve active-duty military, veterans, retirees, first responders, and families who understand that true strength is about much more than what's on the outside.
Superman may wear a cape, but real strength is found in character, commitment, service, and the willingness to lift others up. That's what we see every day from our GM, our staff, and our members.
We're glad he got to spend the weekend celebrating a hero he's admired for years, and we're proud to have him leading ours.
