Attention: Nevada Medicaid Recipients

Effective January 1, 2026, changes took effect to Medicaid insurance.

Please send us a secure text message to (775)778-3437 with front and back images of your Silver Summit Health Plan or CareSource insurance card to prevent appointment rescheduling.

It is Medicaid’s firm policy to have a copy of your new insurance card before rendering any services. Without that card, we will have to reschedule your visit.
