Dr. George Sanders Dr. George Sanders is a highly skilled board-certified plastic surgeon. Born and raised in Texas, Dr. Sanders graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rice University.

His plastic surgery residency was completed at UCLA where he studied with a number of well-known cosmetic and reconstructive surgeons. He lives in Southern California with his wife and children and he is active in church and community affairs. Dr. Sanders is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. As I’ve learned over the years, the neck may be a relatively small area... but there’s quite a lot going on under there.

That’s why treating the neck isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach (but if it were, my job would be quite a lot easier. 😂)

Here’s why I always tell patients not to get too caught up in implant size. These four patients all have 300cc implants... but look how different their results are. 👀

Your chest width, existing breast tissue, skin elasticity, and natural breast shape all influence how that same implant will look on your body. On a narrower chest, 300cc may appear more prominent, while on a broader chest, that same volume may look more subtle.

That’s why choosing your implant based on a friend, or even a before-and-after photo, can be misleading.

As we age, the skin of the upper eyelids naturally begins to stretch and lose elasticity. For some patients, that excess skin can create a tired appearance or even begin to interfere with their vision.

An upper eyelid lift removes that excess skin while preserving the natural shape and character of the eyes. The goal isn't to make you look different. It's to help you look well-rested, refreshed, and more like the way you feel.
