🌞 A new class and teacher is joining the schedule this summer.
Starting June 16th, Lindsay will be teaching Slow Flow on Tuesdays at 4:00 pm.
Lindsay came to yoga during a stressful season of life and discovered in it a sense of grounding, comfort, and healing. Today, she enjoys sharing those same benefits through gentle, welcoming classes that encourage curiosity, compassion, and self-awareness.
If you've been looking for a practice that's a little slower, a little softer, and a little more intentional, this class might be for you.
