I feel the need to celebrate myself this year. I started this cleaning journey 10 years ago. I cleaned for other companies & myself during that time. I have lost clients & gained clients, some have become family over the years. One thing I have never regretted was losing clients that didn’t fit with my personality, schedule or pricing. I love that I can choose who I provide services for. I have to say I have the best clients both in residential & commercial. I’m so blessed & great full for this job! There has been some times that I have questioned myself on what I was getting into 😂. Cleaning was never my plan, but it has provided for my family for 10 years & even though in the beginning it was tough to get clients, I still prayed and pushed forward. I definitely feel Gods hand in everything I do! He has not failed me. So I’ll stop rambling and say Happy work anniversary to me! Thank you for your support and love!!

Enjoyed my morning in enterprise! First stop Vita-Fuse Enterprise to get some hydration & vitamins! Then to the Enterprise Farmers Market for some shopping! They were serving up free burgers compliments of 3D Cattle Co. it was great to see Chuck Clark's Leather Works, Amanda Joreski Family Farm& Kim The Ritzy Ranch!

Let’s talk about self care for cleaners. This job takes a toll on our bodies more than anyone thinks. Things that I do for myself on a regular basis to keep my body moving is getting regular massages & staying hydrated is also key, I started doing iv infusions packed with vitamins as well. My body doesn’t absorb oral, or vitamin injections so this gives me the boost I need to keep going. One other thing that I do is take care of my mental health. As cleaners we see so much. It can be very overwhelming & stressful at times. So I take my quiet time and work on my hobbies. It’s so important to take care of yourself no matter your job! So tell me what helps you?
