While our Lexington satellite office expands access to outpatient services in the community, our Erlanger Outpatient Programs offer an immediate step-down option directly from our main inpatient facility — helping patients transition seamlessly into continued care and support.

Through PHP and IOP programming, our team helps individuals build coping skills, maintain progress, and continue their recovery journey in a structured, supportive environment.
