I am myself a survivor of narcissistic abuse and control. I have a heart of compassion for all, especially those that have struggled with past abuse or trauma, whether it be from childhood or adulthood. I have lived it and I understand it. I will sit with you, empathize with you, and help you to heal. I have worked in this field for over 10 years now. I have special training in EMDR, hypnotherapy, and breathwork. All are different types of therapy perfect for overcoming anxiety and trauma.

Not everything deserves your emotional reaction.

Some battles are distractions. Some arguments are invitations into chaos. Some people only feel powerful when they can disturb your peace.

You do not have to attend every conflict you are invited to.

There is wisdom in pausing before reacting. In breathing before replying. In asking yourself: “Will this matter tomorrow?” “Will this protect my peace or steal it?” “Is this worth carrying in my heart?”

A calm mind is not weakness. It is self-respect.

The moment you stop giving your energy to things that do not truly deserve it, your life becomes lighter. You sleep better. You think clearer. You protect your spirit from unnecessary noise.

Not every opinion needs your defense. Not every insult needs your anger. Not every misunderstanding needs an explanation.

Sometimes the most powerful response is silence. Sometimes healing begins when you simply let people misunderstand you and continue walking peacefully anyway.

Protect your peace like something sacred. Because once your inner world becomes calm, you stop reacting to every storm outside of you.

And that is freedom.
