OBGYN Partners of Augusta was formed with the merger of two groups, Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates of Augusta (OGA) and Augusta GYN. With OGA established in 1947 and Augusta GYN in 1972, our service to the community spans four generations with over 250 years of combined medical experience. We a

re advocates for our patients in the changing healthcare climate. Our goal is to provide compassionate personalized care, remain at the forefront of technological advances, and remain leaders in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. When you become a patient of our practice, you will have your own personal physician. We are partners and function as a team. If your personal physician is not available, one of our physicians will handle your immediate needs with continuous and specialized medical care. Dr. Watson, a partner of OGA until his death and for whom the University Hospital Women’s Center is named had a creed and work ethic holding true today for our physicians and staff: The patient always comes first!

Dr. Dalal Eldick joined OBGYN Partners of Augusta in 2018 and is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care to women through every stage of life. With special interests in general and high-risk pregnancy, as well as minimally invasive gynecology, she combines advanced surgical techniques with a patient-first approach to help women achieve the best possible outcomes.

When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Eldick enjoys spending time with her husband, Oz, and their two children, Lucas and Liyana (""LJ"").

Meet Dr. William E. Barfield, Jr.! 💙

With more than 55 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Barfield has been a trusted provider for generations of families in the CSRA. A native of Augusta, he has delivered more than 10,000 babies throughout his career and now focuses on gynecologic care, surgery, infertility treatment, and hormonal management.

Dr. Barfield joined Augusta GYN, now OBGYN Partners of Augusta, in 1976 and continues to provide compassionate, experienced care to women throughout every stage of life.
