PREMIUM CARE USA WELCOMES CSA-BACOLOD REPRESENTATIVES FOR FOLLOW-UP IMMERSION VISIT IN VIRGINIA AND MARYLAND

FAIRFAX, VA / ROCKVILLE, MD — Premium Care USA recently welcomed Ms. Lourdes Ivaliz Iledan, MN, RN, and Dr. Sidney Lawrence Iledan for an observation and immersion visit at its offices in Fairfax, Virginia, and Rockville, Maryland, as part of ongoing benchmarking and international academic collaboration initiatives between Colegio San Agustin - Bacolod and Premium Care USA.

The visit provided Ms. Iledan and Dr. Iledan with an opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to the organization’s day-to-day operations, including nurse supervisory visits, care coordination processes, client services, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration among healthcare professionals and care specialists. Through direct observation and interaction with key personnel, the visitors were able to deepen their understanding of best practices in home healthcare delivery and telehealth-enabled care management in the United States.

The immersion program supports the continuation of benchmarking initiatives launched last year under the landmark internationalization partnership between Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod and Premium Care USA. The collaboration established Premium Care USA as the academic institution’s partner in telehealth learning and healthcare innovation, making it the first program of its kind in the Negros Region.

According to representatives from both organizations, the visit reinforces a shared commitment to advancing global healthcare education, fostering international academic engagement, and creating meaningful learning opportunities for nursing students, faculty members, and healthcare professionals. Insights gained from the immersion are expected to contribute to the enhancement of telehealth education, clinical leadership development, and healthcare management practices within the academic community.

Premium Care USA remains committed to supporting educational institutions through collaborative learning experiences that bridge academic theory with real-world healthcare practice, while promoting excellence, innovation, and global perspectives in nursing and healthcare education.

Artificial Intelligence is becoming so advanced that it can be difficult to tell what is real and what is not. The same challenge exists when choosing a home care agency. Many companies make promises about caregiver quality, experience, reliability, and personalized care, but how can families know those claims are true?

Before hiring any home care provider, ask questions, verify credentials, check reviews, request references, and make sure their services match their promises. Your loved one’s safety, comfort, and quality of life depend on it.

At Premium Care USA, we believe trust must be earned, not generated. While AI can create convincing videos and content, it can never replace genuine human compassion, meaningful relationships, and personalized in home care. That’s why we proudly provide 100% real human care delivered by dedicated caregivers who treat every client with dignity, respect, and compassion.

When it comes to caring for the people you love most, choose authenticity over marketing and proven care over promises.

Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod College of Health and Allied Professions (CHAP) Confers Inaugural White Heart Award to Outstanding Nursing Graduate

Bacolod City, Philippines — May 2026 — A new tradition of excellence and professional recognition was established during the recent graduation ceremonies of Colegio San Agustin - Bacolod (CSA-B), as the institution, in partnership with Premium Care USA, presented the inaugural White Heart Award to its very first recipient, J. Eugene Christian S. Jolito, a nursing graduate whose achievements exemplify the highest ideals of the nursing profession.

The award was formally presented by John Iver, MSN, RN, CDP, Chief Operating Officer of Premium Care USA, a leading healthcare organization serving Virginia and Maryland in the United States and an international partner of CSA-B’s Nursing Informatics Program.

In his remarks during the ceremony, John Iver highlighted the significance of the White Heart Award as a symbol of compassion, excellence, leadership, and service.

“The white heart is universally recognized as the symbol of nursing. It represents compassion, knowledge, caring, and humanity—the very values that define the profession. Through this award, we seek to honor graduating nursing students who not only excel academically but also demonstrate leadership, service, and an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of others,” he said.

A Symbol of Nursing Excellence

The White Heart Award draws inspiration from the internationally recognized symbol established by the International Council of Nurses (ICN) and prominently featured during its centennial celebration in 1999. The white heart embodies the profession’s ethical foundation and reflects principles of purity, kindness, inclusivity, and compassionate care.

Created through the collaboration between Premium Care USA and Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod, the award aims to identify and celebrate future nursing leaders whose dedication extends beyond the classroom and into service to patients, communities, and the profession itself.

Honoring the First Recipient

For its inaugural year, the White Heart Award was bestowed upon J. Eugene Christian S. Jolito, whose academic achievements, leadership qualities, and commitment to nursing distinguished him among his graduating peers.

As the first-ever recipient, Jolito becomes the standard-bearer for future awardees and joins a select group of nursing graduates recognized not only for scholastic excellence but also for embodying the values represented by the white heart.

“Receiving the first White Heart Award is both an honor and a responsibility,” noted members of the awarding committee. “It recognizes a graduate whose character and commitment reflect the future of professional nursing.”

Award Benefits and Career Opportunities

More than a recognition program, the White Heart Award is designed as a pathway to professional growth and international career development.

The recipient receives:

* PHP 20,000 cash prize
* A commemorative plaque of recognition
* Exclusive access to leadership roundtables with Premium Care USA executives
* Full sponsorship of NCLEX review and examination fees
* EB-3 immigrant visa sponsorship
* The opportunity to join Premium Care USA as a Registered Nurse in the United States

These benefits reflect Premium Care USA’s commitment to supporting the next generation of nursing professionals and creating meaningful opportunities for Filipino nurses to advance their careers on a global stage.

Strengthening International Nursing Partnerships

The presentation of the White Heart Award further strengthens the growing partnership between Premium Care USA and Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod, particularly through the institution’s Nursing Informatics Program. Both organizations share a vision of preparing highly skilled, globally competitive nurses equipped to meet the evolving demands of healthcare.

As the inaugural recipient accepted the award before faculty members, families, and fellow graduates, the moment marked not only a personal achievement but also the beginning of a new legacy—one that celebrates excellence, compassion, and leadership in nursing.

Congratulations to J. Eugene Christian S. Jolito, the first-ever recipient of the White Heart Award. May this recognition inspire future generations of Augustinian nurses to lead with competence, compassion, and a heart dedicated to service.

Premium Care USA Celebrates Successful Completion of Telehealth Instructor Training with Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod

BACOLOD CITY, Philippines — Premium Care USA (PCUSA), in partnership with its Philippine operations arm, Premium Care Solutions Philippines, Inc. (PCSPI), proudly announces the successful completion of a specialized Telehealth Instructor Training Program for the selected CHAP faculty members of Colegio San Agustin - Bacolod (CSA-B) as part of the institution’s Nursing Informatics curriculum.

The training marks a significant milestone in healthcare education and workforce development, representing what is believed to be the first partnership of its kind in Bacolod City and potentially the entire Negros Island Region, where a local nursing school has formally collaborated with a U.S.-based healthcare organization to provide telehealth-focused education and exposure to global healthcare practices.

The CSA-B faculty members who successfully completed the training are:

* Vincent Z. Solidum, MAN, RN
* Ana Victoria L. Chuayana, MN, RN
* April E. Loro, MN, RN
* Mark Roy B. Navarro, MN, RN
* Dennis C. Escalona, RN, MN, FPCHA, FPSQua
* Edward Ross B. Occeño, MN, RN

Designed and delivered by Premium Care USA in coordination with Premium Care Solutions Philippines, Inc., the program provided participants with practical knowledge and industry insights into the rapidly evolving field of virtual healthcare delivery. Faculty members underwent training in critical areas including HIPAA compliance and patient privacy regulations, Electronic Health Records (EHR) management, telehealth operations, virtual patient assessments, remote healthcare documentation, care coordination, patient communication, and telemedicine best practices utilized across the United States healthcare system.

“As healthcare continues to evolve beyond traditional clinical settings, it is essential that nursing education evolves alongside it,” said John Iver, MSN, RN, CDP, Chief Operating Officer of Premium Care USA and proud alumnus of CSA-B. “Through this partnership, we are helping equip educators with the knowledge and tools necessary to prepare future nurses for technology-enabled healthcare environments that are increasingly becoming the global standard.”

The initiative reflects Premium Care USA’s commitment to building meaningful academic partnerships that bridge classroom learning with real-world healthcare innovation. By collaborating directly with educational institutions, PCUSA aims to help develop a workforce that is prepared not only for bedside care but also for emerging opportunities in telehealth, healthcare informatics, remote patient monitoring, care coordination, and other digitally driven healthcare services.

For Premium Care USA, the partnership with Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod serves as a model for how healthcare organizations and academic institutions can work together to enhance nursing education through international collaboration. By integrating telehealth concepts into formal nursing instruction, students will gain early exposure to technologies and workflows that are transforming healthcare delivery worldwide.

The successful completion of the instructor training program represents the first phase of a broader vision to expand access to telehealth education, strengthen global healthcare competencies among future nurses, and create pathways for Filipino healthcare professionals to participate in the growing digital health sector.

As the demand for telehealth services continues to increase globally, Premium Care USA remains committed to investing in educational partnerships that foster innovation, elevate healthcare training standards, and prepare the next generation of nurses for the future of healthcare.
