One of the most common things we hear is:

“What if I’m nervous?”

That question makes sense.

GroupKAP was designed with preparation, support, and integration in mind because emotional safety matters.

Participants are guided through preparation sessions before workshop days begin, supported throughout the process, and offered integration support afterward.

Cohorts are intentionally kept small to help create a more connected and carefully held environment.

If you’ve been curious about the process, questions are always welcome.

Our July GroupKAP cohort is now open for applications. Visit GroupKAP.com to learn more and explore whether this experience feels like a good fit for you.

Many people enter healing spaces carrying the belief that they need to figure everything out alone.

One of the most meaningful parts of GroupKAP for participants has been the experience of connection.

Not needing to hide.
Not needing to explain every part of their pain.
Feeling emotionally supported inside a carefully held environment.

Again and again, participants describe how powerful it was to witness others with compassion while also feeling witnessed themselves.

Healing often becomes more possible when safety and relationship are part of the process.

Our July GroupKAP cohort is currently open for applications. Learn more at www.GroupKAP.com

Healing work can feel isolating.

GroupKAP was created around a different approach, one grounded in preparation, shared experience, integration, and ongoing support within a therapeutic community setting.

Participants are supported before, during, and after each workshop, with space for reflection, connection, and meaningful integration.

The July cohort is now enrolling.

Many people begin this work believing they need to push harder to heal.

What we often see instead is the importance of creating enough safety to finally slow down and listen.

Integration is rarely about forcing change.

It often begins with learning how to stay present with yourself differently.

Our upcoming July Group KAP cohort is designed to support that process through preparation, guided ketamine sessions, and ongoing integration within a structured therapeutic community.

If you have been feeling called toward this work, you can learn more about the upcoming cohort at www.groupkap.com

The intention is to create a grounded, supportive experience where participants feel informed and emotionally supported throughout the process.

Many people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or emotional overwhelm also experience a deep sense of isolation and disconnection.

One of the most meaningful aspects of GroupKAP is the opportunity to move through this work inside a supportive and carefully facilitated group environment.

In this reflection, Ted shares why connection, community, and feeling emotionally supported can play such an important role in the healing process.

“If you’re not connected to other humans, you’re in trouble.”

Our upcoming July GroupKAP Intensive includes:
• virtual preparation sessions
• small group ketamine workshops
• integration support
• a grounded, emotionally safe environment designed for reflection and connection

July cohort registration is now open.
