Ear Seeding
Ear seeding is a needle-free, TCM-based acupressure technique using small adhesive seeds (stainless steel, titanium or vaccaria) on the outer ear to stimulate pressure points, aiming to treat anxiety, pain, insomnia, inflammation and stress. Used for 3-5 days, they help balance body energy. They offer a non-invasive, cost-effective alternative to acupuncture.
How It Works: Ear seeds work by stimulating specific points on the ear that correspond to different areas of the body, aiming to promote the release of endorphins.
Application: We place the seed on the target point, and you press gently 2-3 times daily for 10-30 seconds, particularly when seeking symptom relief.
Duration: Seeds are designed to stay in place for 3-5 days, after which they should be removed.
