ementia, live with dignity in our loving and secure environment. Semi-private and private rooms are available. Our community is located in the peaceful, rural countryside of Fallbrook, California. We are located only 15 miles from the scenic Pacific Ocean. We are bordered on the west by Camp Pendleton Marine Corp Base. A short drive east to Interstate 15, provides easy access to Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange and Riverside counties. Interstate 5 in Oceanside, via Hwy 76 and S13, is less than thirty minutes west of Fallbrook. It’s the perfect senior housing facility for families living in North San Diego County and Southern Riverside County. Our approach provides the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. We focus on wellness and keeping residents as independent as possible by providing a tailored plan of assistance. Our residents enjoy beautifully appointed living spaces, delicious meals, engaging social activities, transportation, and personalized assistance and care. It's the assistance seniors need with all of the independence they want.

What an incredible Father’s Day celebration we had at Regency Fallbrook! 🚗

A huge thank you to the Fallbrook Shafters Car Club for bringing your stunning classic cars and putting smiles on the faces of our residents. Your visit truly made the day extra special!

The festivities didn’t stop there—we enjoyed delicious grilled hot dogs, tasty treats, refreshing drinks, and fantastic live music that had everyone singing along and soaking up the fun. It was the perfect day to get outside, celebrate the amazing fathers in our community, and make wonderful memories together.

To everyone who helped make this event possible, thank you for helping us create such a joyful and meaningful day. Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Regency Fallbrook!

What an incredible day at Regency Fallbrook! Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming CAST Academy, and they absolutely stole the show!

Our residents were all smiles as they enjoyed an amazing performance filled with talent, energy, and heart. A huge THANK YOU to all the talented performers, supportive parents, and everyone who came out to brighten our day.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better turnout or a more memorable experience. Your time, dedication, and enthusiasm made a lasting impact on our residents, and we’re so grateful for the joy you shared with our community. We can’t wait to have you back again!

Our talented residents rolled up their sleeves for another fun-filled pottery class! This session, we kicked off a beautiful summer-themed project full of creativity, color, and imagination. 🌻🍉🏖️

The masterpieces are still a work in progress, and we can’t wait to bring them to life during our next class! Stay tuned to see the finished creations—it’s going to be a splash of summer fun!

What a night to remember at Regency Fallbrook!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our Bingo & BBQ Night Fundraiser benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association. Your support, generosity, and enthusiasm helped make this event a tremendous success.

From the delicious BBQ and refreshing drinks to the wonderful atmosphere filled with laughter, the evening was everything we hoped for and more. Guests enjoyed exciting rounds of bingo, a lively dance competition, and plenty of memorable moments shared with friends and neighbors.

Congratulations to all of our bingo winners, who took home beautiful plants as prizes! 🌿 And to everyone who hit the dance floor—you certainly brought the energy and fun!

Most importantly, we are grateful to every volunteer, staff member, donor, and attendee who helped turn this event into a reality. Together, we raised funds for an important cause while creating memories that will stay with us for years to come.

Big shout-out to Mesa Verde Nursery for the beautiful plants they donated for out winners.

Lunch dates are always better with friends! 🍖❤️ Today a group of our amazing seniors took a trip to one of our favorite spots in Temecula, Phil's BBQ for a delicious lunch outing. And let me tell you… the food did NOT disappoint! 😋 From mouthwatering BBQ to lots of laughter around the table, it was the perfect afternoon filled with good food, great company, and even better memories.

Nothing beats sharing a meal and making memories with friends!

Our latest painting class turned into something extra colorful and creative!

This time, our residents and Activity Director decided to think outside the canvas and transform the Activity Room windows into beautiful, inspired stained-glass masterpieces.

The process was so much fun, but seeing the final results glowing through the windows made it even more satisfying!

Who knew a few paints, big imaginations, and amazing residents could turn ordinary windows into works of art? 🎭

We had the privilege of welcoming an amazing group from our local North Coast church who blessed our residents with a beautiful patriotic sing-along performance. From classic favorites to heartfelt melodies, the room was filled with laughter, singing, and waving hands along to the music! ❤️🤍💙

Today our residents got creative and designed their very own beautiful vases before heading out on a fun little flower hunt to find the perfect blooms to complete their masterpieces! 💐

From colorful flowers to unique vase designs, every creation turned out absolutely beautiful — just like the amazing people who made them. After all the crafting was done, we gathered together to admire everyone’s work and celebrate each other’s creativity and success.
