We were so happy to see The Bangor Daily News shine the spotlight on the sustainability initiatives at OceanView at Falmouth!

For more than a decade, OceanView at Falmouth has led the way in large-scale socially responsible residential development in Maine. And since then, sustainability features, from rooftop solar panels to in-house generators, have continued to be a draw for older adults looking for environmentally sustainable retirement living, with options for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. That rich tradition will continue, with the completion of our 34 new all-electric, solar-powered apartments and three new cottages, expected by next year!
