Cape & Islands Cognitive Behavioral Institute Cape CBI offers specialized treatment for individuals struggling with OCD Related Disorders,anxiety disorders including panic, social anxiety, and phobias.

We provide evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), specifically Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These highly structured, goal oriented approaches enable our clients to achieve maximal treatment gains in the most timely and cost effective manner. Treatment programs are customized to meet the needs of all

of our adult, adolescent, and child clients as well as their family members. We provide individual, group, family, home-based, and intensive therapy. We work with our clients in a flexible and individualized manner in order to fully meet their treatment needs. With compassion, knowledge, and hope, we strive to deliver the highest quality of care in order to help others achieve their optimal quality of life.
