Weekly Blessing
Joy can be exhausting. Like spending too much time in the sun we can get a sunburn or feel more fatigued than recharged. Similarly when we fake joy to run the race with endurance and put on a happy face, it also clouds our sustainability.
True joy sustains and helps to run the race at a pace of willingness to explore and adventure beyond our human capacity. Seek first a pure joy that offers you the gust to sustain all of life's callings and your true passion.

I intentionally use language with my patients to share what is natural versus what is normal; whether we are talking about lab results, assessment findings or their lived experiences.
When it comes to changes with your skin, not all moles are created equally.
Monitoring changes to your skin and the characteristics of moles is important to your health. Moles can evolve and change, randomly appear or stay the same and steadfast through the ages. These features don't mean they are worrisome, but let's talk about it.

It's and I have been blessed this week with some awesome generous givings from patients and colleagues!
When I envisioned my practice, it was with the core of being a community practice and present as a general Practitioner to serve and encourage. It isn't about memberships and revenue- it's the colleague I get to walk beside and be present like a sunflower. It's offering a mother the ease of access to take care of herself so she can be present for those in her household and she lovingly shares the eggs of her chickens in gratitude.
