Phil Schrade, RN, BSN, Assistant Director of Nursing
As Assistant Director of Nursing/RN Educator at Daleview Care Center, I enjoy interacting with the residents — educating them about their medications and talking with them, comforting them when needed. The staff here is professional, caring, friendly, and accommodating. We truly work well together as a team to care for our residents. Family members sometimes feel vulnerable, and educating them, comforting them, and answering their questions brings me great satisfaction.

Michael Lugo III, Administrator
As Administrator of Daleview Care Center, I oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance, & team development, fostering a culture focused on quality outcomes, dignity, & collaboration with residents and families. I hold a MBA from Molloy University and am currently pursuing a Ph.D., focusing on strengthening systems that improve outcomes for aging populations. I am passionate about empowering care teams, supporting residents and families, & advancing best practices across the long-term care continuum. It is my absolute pleasure to serve the residents of Daleview Care Center and our local community.
