Me: Hey God.

God: Oh hello, My love.

Me: I'm falling apart. Can you put me back together?

God: I would rather not.

Me: Why?

God: Because you aren't a puzzle.

Me: What about all of the pieces of my life that are falling down onto the ground?

God: Let them stay there for a while. They fell off for a reason. Take some time and decide if you need any of those pieces back.

Me: You don't understand! I'm breaking down!

God: No - you don't understand. You are breaking through. What you are feeling are just growing pains. You are shedding the things and the people in your life that are holding you back. You aren't falling apart. You are falling into place. Relax. Take some deep breaths and allow those things you don't need anymore to fall off of you. Quit holding onto the pieces that don't fit you anymore. Let them fall off. Let them go.

Me: Once I start doing that, what will be left of me?

God: Only the very best pieces of you.

Me: I'm scared of changing.

God: I keep telling you - YOU AREN'T CHANGING!! YOU ARE BECOMING!

Me: Becoming who?

God: Becoming who I created you to be! A person of light and love and charity and hope and courage and joy and mercy and grace and compassion. I made you for more than the shallow pieces you have decided to adorn yourself with that you cling to with such greed and fear. Let those things fall off of you. I love you! Don't change! Become! Become! Become! Become who I made you to be. I'm going to keep telling you this until you remember it.

Me: There goes another piece.

God: Yep. Let it be.

Me: So...I'm not broken?

God: No - but you are breaking like the dawn. It's a new day. Become!! Become!!

Thank you to everyone who came to see me for a Reading yesterday. Some were strictly for psychic and intuitive guidance, most were for mediumship to connect with their loved ones crossed over and a couple were a combination of both with tarot cards. I appreciate my return clients as well as meeting new ones. Of course thank you, Spirit, for coming through and letting your loved ones here know you are still with them. 🤍🙏🏼🤍

A teenager, brother, aunts, uncles, parents and grandparents. Nick names, favorite foods, birthdays, memories… These are all pieces of information spirit gives me to validate that indeed it is them. Hold your loved ones close, live your life to the fullest and yes enjoy that food! These are all things Spirit repeatedly shares with me.

We had tears but we also had laughter. Sending love to all those mourning the loss of a loved one. You will see them again one day, they are at home waiting patiently.

The Shamanic Way

Ask permission.
Before cutting the branch of a tree or removing a flower, tell the spirit of the tree or plant what you are going to do, so that they can withdraw their energy from that place and not feel the cut so strong.

When you go to nature and want to take a stone that was in the river, ask the river keeper if he allows you to take one of his sacred stones.

If you have to climb a mountain or make a pilgrimage through the jungle, ask permission from the spirits and guardians of the place. It is very important that you communicate even if you do not feel, do not listen or do not see. Enter with respect to each place, since Nature listens to you, sees you and feels you.

Every movement you make in the microcosm generates a great impact on the macrocosm.

When you approach an animal, give thanks for the medicine it has for you.

Honor life in its many forms and be aware that each being is fulfilling its purpose, nothing was created to fill spaces, everything and everyone is here remembering our mission, remembering who we are and awakening from the sacred dream to return home.

Cultivate Joy💕Some of us may not naturally feel we are in an environment of joy. This could be at home or at work. It’s part of the inside job to change how we feel but goes beyond that. This pic of mom & I reminds me of the joy she carried with her everywhere and with everyone, it was in her heart. If I was in a funk she would tell me “fake it till you make it” or “put on some upbeat music”!

I still believe there are times we have to face our darkness and challenges head on. What I’m referring to is not letting an unhappy circumstance take over your sense of joy. Find ways to create it in even the most difficult situations. I find bringing a smile to someone brings me joy. This might be done by complimenting them or giving them something. What way’s do you cultivate joy in your life? Your answer might just help 1 person~🌟Ivy
