Ever wonder where your tips at SOL go?

This is something I don’t share about very often, but it’s a part of SOL that means a lot to me.

When you leave me a tip, I set that money aside to give back to our local first responders.

Living and working in Northern Arizona, I see how much these men and women do for our community. And during fire season especially, I see the long days, the exhaustion, and the time they spend away from their own families while taking care of ours.

So whenever I have the opportunity to take care of them for a change, I’m grateful for it.🫶🏼✨

On Labor Day, it feels like the perfect time to say thank you to the people who work hard every day to keep our communities going. For me, it’s truly an honor to take care of some of the people who spend so much of their lives taking care of everyone else.☀️

And to every person who has ever left me a tip without knowing where it was going…thank you. You helped make this possible too.

This is what community means to me. Taking care of each other, however we can.

It’s taken me many years to be able to share this story, but it’s an honor to finally share it with you. ✨

Long before SOL Mobile Wellness, there was my mom.

Her journey changed the way I understood health, wellness, and what it truly means to care for someone you love.

I personally saw the difference that having the right support and a wellness plan tailored to her needs made in her life and in the lives of everyone who loved her. We were given more time. More memories. More ordinary moments together that I will never take for granted.

Her journey shaped me as a daughter and as a nurse. It taught me to look at the whole person, to listen, to care with intention, and to understand just how personal wellness really is.

She is a big part of why SOL Mobile Wellness exists today.

When I care for you or someone you love, I carry those lessons with me. Because I know firsthand that taking care of your wellness isn’t only about you. It can impact the people who love you, too.

This is my why.

And after all these years, I’m grateful to finally share her with you. ✨
