The team from medical technology company Getinge was back at the Hospitality House at McLaren Flint doing more good deeds. This time, the dedicated volunteers cleaned up the House's exterior, getting it into perfect shape for the warm months ahead. Along with this spring cleanup, the Getinge crew stops by every holiday season to decorate the House. Many thanks for their continued generosity and kindness.

But in the fall of 2025, the 32-year-old pediatrician wound up in a doctor’s office looking for answers about her own health. The news wasn't good. Shekha learned she had breast cancer. When it was clear that radiation should be part of her care plan, Shekha's oncologist referred her to the McLaren Proton Therapy Center. Read more about how this changed the trajectory of Shekha's journey and got her on the road to healing at the link below.
