Why? Read on,...
- The unspoken and unwritten consensus among men is that being open minded in any way indicates weakness. It means that you are admitting to not "knowing it all". In our patriarchal culture you CANNOT be a guy and not have all the answers.
- So being a guy means you most certainly do NOT need guidance from a psychic. In fact, according to some men, your degree of testosterone might be debatable if you even believe in psychics.
- Showing weaknesses in a male dominated philosophy is not acceptable. It indicates vulnerability. That (to most heterosexual / fundamentalist men) is SO synonimous with being female. Anything feminie is completely foridden in "men-dom". You will loose your "guy card" if you exhibit any characteristics which could be considered effeminate.
- Therefore, the real reason that 90% of our clientele are women is FEAR. Yes FEAR! Much of the male population is horrified to think of displaying any fragility. Think of how their bowling buddies are going to laugh at them.
- So guys, you really need to ditch the primeval need to show the world your macho bull****. Whether you ever decide to get a psychic reading or not. I mean come one and wake up. If your manhood is secure as you try and portray it to be, then what is the problem? You would not feel the need to protect it so adamantly by acting "tough".
- Open up your minds men, and who knows? You may find out that there really is no need to impress your deer hunting posse. Open up your minds men, you might even find that you enjoy life more.
