📣 IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT UPDATE 📣

As Evolve continues to grow, we have to make a few changes to help us stay on schedule and make appointment availability as accessible as possible for everyone!

Current patients, please check your email today for an important update regarding our appointment and check-in policies.

Beginning Monday, August 17, we will be enforcing the requirement that patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time and have all required paperwork completed.

We often have patients waiting for appointments or hoping to be seen sooner. When we have adequate notice that an appointment cannot be kept, it gives our team the opportunity to offer that time to another patient who is waiting.

Late arrivals or incomplete required paperwork may result in the appointment being rescheduled, and a late/cancellation fee may apply.

Please take a moment to review the email for all the details. Thank you for helping us keep appointments running smoothly and get our patients the care they need as quickly as possible. 🖤

We are so excited to have Katie join our team. From the moment we met her, we knew she’d be a great fit. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine heart for helping others align perfectly with the culture we’ve worked so hard to build at Evolve!

At Evolve, Katie will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for a wide range of mental health conditions.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

But let’s be honest… awareness isn’t always the problem anymore.

People know.

They know what it’s like to sit in a room full of people and still feel alone.
They know what it’s like to be “fine” on the outside and falling apart underneath.

What they don’t always know is:

Getting to connect with expecting and new moms in our community is exactly why we do what we do. Supporting mental health before, during, and after pregnancy matters, and it was such an honor to be part of something that pours so much love into these families!
