New motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also exhausting, emotional, and life-changing.

Did you know…

In week 5 of pregnancy:
-You may feel sleepy due to progesterone increase
-Symptoms of nausea, sore or tender breasts, and cramping are common
-Baby is about 0.12 inches long (around the size of a sesame or orange seed)
-Baby’s heart is forming and beating
-Tissue that forms the brain and spinal cord is actively developing inside baby
-Cells are dividing to form skin, organs, and bones
