💚 Grilled chicken or beans

Then take a walk outside and enjoy the fresh air. Nourish your body from the inside and outside today.

This week we're taking "Go Green" to a whole new level by focusing on getting the green INSIDE as well as OUTSIDE!

As you enjoy walks, trails, parks, and nature this week, challenge yourself to add more leafy greens, vegetables, and colorful salads to your meals. Small choices add up to big results.

This week's goals:
🥗 Eat at least one green veggie every day
🚶‍♀️ Get your steps outdoors whenever possible
🌳 Notice something beautiful in nature each day
