This week I tried the Hyrox- a competition combining strength training and running. I felt good- until I hit the wall during sandbag lunges and absolutely had to stop. Tried something new and it was actually really fun. Nice to see so many people trying endurance exercise. Thanks to friends for the support and cheer to the next one!

Just wanted to say how much fun I had this morning at 4 mile road and trail classic. Of course, as I woke up I was even wondering if it was a n insane idea to run in the pouring rain through my beloved forest park. As we started running of course the adrenaline kicked in- and even though conditions were not ideal I had a great experience. Such great people in This community!
