We currently have openings for adults, teens, and kids looking for mental health therapy, either via telehealth or in-person in Moreau, NY.

We accept most insurance and while we proudly offer equine assisted therapy, there is never an obligation to interact with horses if someone prefers a more traditional approach. ❤️

Our licensed therapists utilize person-centered, evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy approaches, specializing in helping people with trauma and PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, OCD, autism, family dynamics, boundary setting, grief, parenting, life transitions, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, medical trauma, and more.

Our dynamic team offers many models of therapy and individual approaches, so that we can meet the needs of a wide variety of clients. We work with adults and children, offering office-based sessions, walk-and-talk sessions outside on the farm, equine assisted psychotherapy, and remote therapy by phone or video.

At our practice, we are deeply committed to inclusion and diversity. We strive to create a safe, affirming space for individuals of all backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQIA2S+ community. From your first point of contact, you can expect compassionate, collaborative communication and support from our experienced and welcoming team.

Availability for new clients depends on clinician capacity, scope of practice, and clinical appropriateness, assessed through a structured intake process. We are in-network with most insurances and handle all billing paperwork for you. We respond promptly to emails, so please check your spam folder if you don’t hear back right away.
