I’ve been putting this off. But it’s time for me to finally admit to myself and to all of you that I will not be hosting anymore wellness fairs.

Motherhood is changing me. Shifting my priorities. Opening up new sides of me. And the thing I need to make more space for in this phase of life is myself.

So I’ll be focusing on some personal, motherhood-related creative pursuits. But more on that later. I hope you’ll stick around to see what’s next.

Peep the new insta handle. The SWFL Wellness Fair is now Love & Magic.

Wellness is an important part of my life. When I don’t take care of myself, I feel it in my soul.

I’m also an advocate for the wellbeing of others — encouraging people to be engaged in their own relationship to wellness.

It’s why I became a yoga teacher. And it’s why I created the SWFL Wellness Fair.

The wellness fair is a place where wellness professionals like myself can connect with people who are actively engaged in their own wellbeing, and/or people who are looking for a place to get started.

It’s also a place for the community to come together for a day of wellness through community connection, free yoga and fitness classes, access to local products and professionals, and so much more.

Have you been to or participated in the wellness fair? I’d love to hear from you. Share your thoughts about our events in the comments below!
