She teaches through relationship.

The path is a spiraling back to ourselves… our truth, our voice, our beauty, our devotion, our purpose, our relationships, our history, our lineage, and our reverence for the earth.

The path is never identical because the Rose is not trying to make us the same. She is helping us remember who we are.

I am calling in three women to walk the Way of the Rose, with me walking the path beside you as your guide.

Not to do what I do. Not to repeat my journey. Not to inherit my answers.

But to sit with the Rose, follow the red thread, and discover what she is ready to reveal within your own life.

Have you met Buffalo? ♥️🦬

As a nurse, I understand what rhythm and vibration can do for the nervous system.

As a human being, I’m still in awe of what simple connection can do for our hearts.

Sometimes we don’t need another thing to do.
We just need something that invites us back to the moment.

Today, Buffalo did what she does best.
