I am all about YOU! I love to help people and YOU deserve to be HAPPY and HEALTHY. Most people think of massage as something you do to treat yourself every once in a while, when in reality massage should be just as important as going to the gym or at the very least getting a check-up. I specialized in medical maaaage and can treat almost any ailment. I am Florida State Licensed (MA68763) as a LMT and an Internationally Certified Health and Life Coach. I am a Certified Reiki Master as well as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Hot-Stone, Pre-Natal, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Trager, Rolfing, MyoFascial Release, Bamboo Fusion, Stretching, Cupping, Body Wraps, Acupressure, and much more. If you'd like to make an appointment with me, feel free to message, call or text me at any time. Thank you so much and have a blessed day!

My first client of the day invited Blue in with her while she got ready for her massage… and THIS is what I walked into 😂

On the table. Bow on. Looking at me like I’m interrupting HER appointment.

And before anyone asks, noooo this isn’t her normal routine 😂 She’s well trained. She got a special invitation today and apparently took that very seriously lol.

Apparently our Director of Emotional Support & Client Relations has decided we offer couples massages now. 🤣🐾

If you’re the one holding everything together in Cape Coral or Fort Myers and you’re trying to take care of yourself without feeling guilty about it, this is for you.

I know what your week looks like.
You’re driving back and forth over the Midpoint for everyone else’s appointments, errands, and pickups.
By Thursday, your neck and shoulders are tight, your mind won’t slow down, and you’re running on fumes.
And the thought of taking a whole afternoon just for you makes you put it off another week.

That’s why I offer weekday evening sessions at my Fort Myers office, so taking care of yourself doesn’t have to mean rearranging your whole afternoon.
A 90-minute session gives us time to help you settle and unwind while doing focused therapeutic work on the areas that need attention. You can relax and still have your concerns heard and addressed. A little time where nobody needs anything from you.

Picture walking back into your week calmer, lighter, and feeling more like yourself again.

One of my clients, Staci, shared in her Google review: “I can not show enough appreciation for the skill and knowledge that Krystall has!” I’m grateful for that trust, and I want you to feel cared for too.

My schedule is currently booked through November, but openings do come up! Tap the link in my bio to check availability, request an appointment or join the waitlist. If you have specific days or times you need, plan ahead while we’re heading into the busy season. Your care deserves a spot on the calendar too.

If you're the one keeping everyone else's life running in Cape Coral (the parents, the grandkids, the house, the job) and you want to feel more rested before season traffic hits Del Prado, this is the 5-minute reset you need to follow 👇

✨ Sit in the car for 3 slow breaths before you walk back in the house
✨ Rest a warm hand on your chest or belly while you do it. it's a simple way to tell your body it can settle.
✨ Drink a glass of water before your coffee
✨ Pick one thing each week that's just for you, and don't cancel it
✨ Book your massage now, before the snowbirds take all the good appointment times 😉

Save this for the next time you put yourself last 💛

you know who you are. you're the one doing laps around Cape Harbour, juggling a to-do list a mile long and swearing you'll rest once the nursery's done…we both know you won't. but i admire the optimism. 🤣

my clients walk in drained and walk out lighter. calmer. like a whole new human. (their words, not mine 🙌)

send this to the mama-to-be in your life who needs to hear it 👇

There’s a reason people in Fort Myers living with chronic pain, navigating autoimmune conditions, or looking for more supportive bodywork keep coming back for massage.

It’s not just because the massage feels good.

It’s because when they come in feeling worn out, tense, or disconnected from their bodies after spending the day managing pain, responsibilities, and everything else life asks of them, we focus on what their body actually needs that day.

My approach is different because I believe your massage should be adapted to you, not the other way around.

Instead of forcing your body through a one-size-fits-all massage, I listen, adjust, and use a trauma-informed, medical-holistic approach to create a session that meets you where you are.

That means you can leave feeling supported, cared for, and more at ease in your body instead of feeling like you just endured another thing your body had to tolerate.

And if you’re a person in Fort Myers dealing with chronic pain, persistent tension, or a body that needs a gentler approach, this might be exactly what your body has been asking for.

If you're a woman in Fort Myers living with chronic pain and you're constantly adjusting how you sit, sleep, work, move, and rest just to keep your body somewhat comfortable, you already know the drill:

The tension builds up, your body starts feeling heavy, and suddenly you're exhausted from managing your own body.

Here's the little routine I use to help:

1. Take 3 slow breaths and consciously relax your jaw and shoulders.
You may not realize how much tension you're holding until you give yourself permission to let some of it go.

2. Change positions every 30–60 minutes.
You don't need a full workout. Stand up, walk around, gently move your shoulders or hips, and give your body a different position to work with.

3. Give yourself 2 minutes of gentle movement instead of pushing through.
A slow walk, gentle stretching, or simply moving the areas that feel stiff can be enough to remind your body that it doesn't have to stay frozen in one position.

Why it works: Your body doesn't always need you to push harder. Sometimes it needs gentle movement, awareness, and a little more compassion.

I use this specifically when my body has been in one position for too long, because that's exactly when tension and discomfort can start to build.

Save this for the next time your body feels tense and overwhelmed, or send it to someone who deals with the same thing.

And remember: these little things aren't a replacement for individualized bodywork. They're simply a few ways to give your body some support between appointments, too.

Bigfoot: “You can go harder.”
Me: “I know. But do we need to?” 😂

When someone asks me for “deep tissue,” I always want to know what they mean by that. Firm pressure? Focused work on the spot that’s been rude to you all week? Or are you worried a relaxing massage won’t address why you came in?

Those are three different conversations. That’s why I don’t use “deep tissue” to describe my work—it’s so broad that it doesn’t tell me what you need.

I can work deep. I can use firm pressure. But if you’re holding your breath and bracing for the next move, I’m going to adjust. I’m paying attention, not going easy on you.

Tell me what’s going on and what you’re hoping to get out of your session. We’ll go from there. 🤍

Pressure ≠ Depth.

For the mom in Cape Coral who spends her days taking care of everyone else, carrying the mental load, and putting her own body at the bottom of the list…

Perhaps you need an hour where nothing is needed from you.

No one asking you for a snack.
No one needing you to fix something.
No one needing you to be “on.”

Just an hour to breathe, settle in, and let someone take care of you.

And if your body is carrying tension, chronic pain, the changes of pregnancy, or the weight of simply being in survival mode, your massage can be tailored to where you are right now.

Because sometimes self-care isn't another thing you need to accomplish.

Sometimes it's simply having a safe space where you don't have to take care of anyone but yourself.

“How much do you make as a massage therapist?”

I make people feel at home in their bodies again.

I make tight, achy muscles feel looser, lighter, and easier to live with.

I help busy women go from “I’m so tense and exhausted” to “I can finally relax.”

I help women who are constantly taking care of everyone else make time to take care of themselves, too.

I give busy women a reason to finally slow down, breathe, and let someone take care of them for an hour.
