Seva Yoga Studios is dedicated to bringing yoga to everyone. We offer beginner to advanced classes, free "Seva" classes for those who need a therapeutic practice but may not be able to afford it or know where to begin, and donation-based "Service" classes designed to give back to the Arkansas River Valley community. Please browse our classes and schedule to find the right class for you, sign up online, or simply come by our studio in Maybranch Square.

This book is required reading for the first module in our 300hr training. If you skim it over and figure you can skate by it will be obvious you did not read it. This book and module will also be used throughout the entire training so start now. It isn't the easiest read but it is for sure a great one.

Training starts soon. If you have been waiting to get your deposit in, now is the time. It's going to be a great training with carefully selected topics that are *not* the regurgitated, mainstream, white-washed ideas of yoga as a form of exercise and therapy, but as a path to freedom.
