If you’re new to my channel, I’m really happy you’re here! If you guys missed the announcement, we recently wrote a children’s book about my battle with brain cancer 🧠

This Saturday we’d love to see you for a book signing event that we’re holding at the Library in Cold Spring, KY from 2:30-4🙌🏻

Come meet co-authors Natalie and I and Melissa the illustrator too. Share stories and hear more about the inspiration behind this endeavor.

A reminder that $1 from each book sold will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation🩵 And we’ll have an additional means of donation if you so feel inclined.

These were the difference for us between surviving and thriving ‼️ If I had a nickel for how many times my oncologist looked at my parents and said “We don’t know what you’re doing to support Philip at home, but whatever it is keep doing it!”👏🏻

Doctors said I would lose my hair, but I never did. They said I would be too weak to go back to school the next day, but I always could 💪🏻

Doctors give this advice out of sincerity, as they want the conventional treatment to be as effective as it can possibly be. But I’m telling you what, I sure wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for the slew of things we tried and relied upon during that time.

Doctors told my parents if they refused any further western medical treatment that I would die. And that is precisely what we did.

The power of prayer, fresh, vegetable juicing and elimination of sugar, the mindset and conviction that I not only could heal, but that I would heal.

I did not put my seven-year-old life on pause. I still played soccer and still went to school when doctors said none of it could be possible. We surrounded ourselves with community who breathed life into us when we needed it most. We cut out any and all negativity or anyone who spoke death over me. The focus was never on the diagnosis, but the miracle. Our credence was not in the doses of chemo but on the Word and promises of God
