November holds two truths at once: the shorter days ask us to slow down while our packed calendars ask us to speed up. It’s a month that’s fun, exciting, and… a lot.
So every year, we tell ourselves we’ll do this season “better.”
—We’ll carve out time to recharge in the middle of the busyness.
—We’ll plan ahead to avoid the holiday overwhelm.
—We’ll be more intentional with our time, so we can connect meaningfully with the people we love.
With all that pressure, we’re asking a different question this year: what if?
—What if we let a few days this month be imperfect? A cozy day indoors, in your sweats, when the meals are a little beige (yum) and the to-dos stay undone.
—What if we trusted that everything will get done when it needs to, and let go of checking it all off at once?
—What if we didn’t try to see everyone, and poured into the people who matter most to us right now?
What if we got quiet with ourselves and asked: what would feel like enough this month?
In November, we’re following that feeling.
