Boundaries are how you teach people what is okay and what is not okay for you. Setting a boundary doesn’t make you mean, difficult, or unkind. It simply means you’re honoring your limits. The right people will adjust; the wrong ones may resist—but that doesn’t mean the boundary is wrong. Goal: Set more boundaries in 2026!
