We are excited to introduce you to the newest member of our team, Kassandra Buckland, who has joined the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program as our Volunteer Engagement & Community Sponsorship Coordinator.

Kassandra oversees all volunteer-related communications, including training opportunities, scheduling, outreach events, volunteer recognition, and ways you can become more involved in our mission. She will also be working to build new community partnerships and sponsorships that help strengthen our program and expand our impact throughout Northeast Indiana.

Many of you have dedicated your time, compassion, and talents to advocating for long-term care residents, and we are incredibly grateful for your service. Kassandra is looking forward to getting to know each of you and supporting you in your volunteer journey.
