Have you 🫵 noticed numbness or tingling in your hands or wrists?

✍️👏 Loss of feeling or uncomfortable sensations in those areas can be a sign of nerve damage, which can worsen without treatment. Conditions brought on by nerve damage in the hands or upper extremities include:

• Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
• Ganglion Cysts
• Arthritic Spurs
