North Fort Worth mamas 🍭🍬 we have something SWEET coming this Friday!

The MomWell team will be at the NFW Littles Halloween Bash with our very own Candy Land booth, and yes… Dr. Abby + Dr. Mary will be dressed as cotton candy. 😂💗

We’ll have activities for the kiddos, little prizes, and a giveaway just for the moms that we’ll be drawing on November 1!

These 3 moves will help with:
- baby positioning
- hip mobility
- reducing round ligament pain
- preparing the pelvis for labor
- staying comfortable in the third trimester
