The Mermaid facial uses PDRN “salmon DNA,” peptides that mimic Botox, biostimulants calcium particles (CaHa/Radiesse) and PLLA (sculptra), Light Eyes for under eye treatment, and Bacio lips using HA and B12 for hydrated and plump lips. We use it with traditional Microneedling for more effectiveness or we can just use a stamping technique for less downtime. Suggested 3 sessions and quarterly maintenance for long term lasting results. Tightens skin, builds collagen, increases hydration, even skin tone and reduced dark spots.

Flashback to 8 years ago when I had 2 semesters left of Nurse Practitioner school. I would be pregnant with my first kiddo in just a couple months from this. I was at the lowest weight I had been since high school thanks to a gastric sleeve surgery and iron clad will and determination to fight my way back from the depths of depression from my multiple sclerosis diagnosis 4 years prior. Every season of life has a lesson. Sometimes it’s good to pause and look back on where you’ve been and how far you’ve come. I kind of envy this version of me, despite the fact that I have done bigger things than this girl could have dreamed. Motherhood. Wifehood. Entrepreneurship. I thought losing the weight and getting healthy would fix all of my problems. Then new seasons of life and hardships presented new challenges and obstacles. And I’ve made it through each of them stronger and wiser. Your only comparison should be the previous versions of yourself ❤️ just keep swimming ☺️
